I rated each and every capsule down to the last one! Before you read my ratings it's important to note that different people enjoy different flavors of coffee. This is just according to my personal tastes! I like to drink coffee black to get the full flavor of the coffee alone so obviously if you mix it with cream, milk, sugar or other added flavorings it will taste a lot different. Now... MY RATINGS (listed from best to worst): 1. Laughing man - Dukale’s Blend medium roast: Probably the best medium roast coffee I’ve ever had. 2. Green Mountain - Colombian Select Medium Roast: Another really good medium roast here. 3. Caribou - Caribou Blend: Delicious. These guys apparently just make good coffee :) 4. Caribou - Daybreak: Delicious. 5. Rev - No Surrender: Very Good! 6. Tully’s - Italian Roast: Pretty good. 7. Gloria Jeans Hazlenut: Don’t normally like flavored coffees but this one is pretty good! Watch out though, I got a little bit of heartburn/indigestion from drinking this one. 8. Newman’s Own - Special Blend Medium Roast: Good but not as good as the above medium roasts. 9. Newman’s French Roast: Pretty good. 10. Donut Shop - Regular: This one’s actually better than I expected. Not bad at all. 11. Donut Shop - Dark: Also not bad! Way to go Donut shop. 12. Cinnabon - Classic Cinnamon Roll: Again, don’t normally do a lot of flavored coffees but this one was decent! 13. Green Mountain Medium Blend: Tastes ok. 14. Tully’s Hawaiian blend: Ok. 15. Gloria Jean’s - Butter Toffee: I guess it’s not horrible, it’s just not my kind of coffee. 16. Green Mountain Coffee, Dark Magic: Getting into the just ok but not so great ones. 17. Laughing man - Colombia Huila Dark Roast: Meh. Didn’t really care for this one. 18. Laughing Man Dark Roast: Ok but not the greatest. 19. Krispy Kreme Smooth: Now getting into the just bad ones. I always used to think their in-store coffee was just old but nope, it apparently comes pre-olded… It just taste like old coffee. 20. Kahlua Original - Light Roast: I personally think this one is disgusting. It might even be the worst coffee I've ever had. I couldn’t drink more than a couple of sips before throwing the rest out (I tried both capsules just in case). It just tastes like maple syrup… like drinking straight up liquid syrup out of a bottle. If you absolutely LOVE pancake syrup then you might be able to stomach this one. Otherwise… avoid. Thanks to this Variety pack, I now know which ones I'm ordering next! I'm ordering the top 5 in this list so that I'll still have some variety from day to day but It'll just be the good ones :) LOVED the adventure of this variety pack though! It's well worth the money (maybe except for that nasty Kahlua one) and it'll give you a ton of variety from day to day/morning to morning! Before this I was just trying K-cups 1-by-1 but it was taking forever and if I didn't like one... welp... I was stuck with it till I ran out. So yeah, this variety back was amazing :) Also worth noting that mine came with exactly 2 of each. I see other reviews on here saying that some were missing or mixed up. Maybe they've gotten better at quality control? Either that or I was just lucky. Anyway, hope this is helpful to someone else out there! ... show more

I appreciate the plethora of variety this sample box offers. Just about all the K cups inside are of very good taste, strength and quality. The stand outs definitely being the Green Mountain Dark Magic and the Gloria Jeann's Butter Toffee and of course Kahlua. The sampler is a very cost effective way to test the waters of all the flavors out there. Find a few flavors you like without you buying whole packs of K cups and wasting them because it wasn't your cup of tea...or coffee lol. The Caribou coffee is not very good in my opinion and should be replaced by something else. If you like the taste of dirt, then maybe it's for you, but not for me. It's the only downside to this sampler, but definitely not enough to not fully endorse thos box. Get it! It's an awesome K cup experience. ... show more

I recently broke down and purchased a Keurig after all these years. My boyfriend is the coffee drinker and I rarely drink it. However, I purchased this on subscribe and save along with the coffee lover's variety pack. There are 40 k-cups in this box and 4 of each kind of the below 10 flavors. I critiqued each one. 1 - Gloria Jean's Coffees Butter Toffee - I found this sligthly bitter without any toffee flavor; my rating 2 stars. My boyfriend actually liked the way this tasted; his rating 4 stars. 2- Gloria Jean's Coffees Hazelnut - this was way too bitter for me and had no hazelnut flavor; my rating 2 stars. My boyfriend found it bitter and lacked flavor but he rated it 3 stars. 3- Gloria Jean's Raspberry Chocolate Lava - both my boyfriend and I found this to be smooth with a raspberry flavor that tastes like chocolate dessert; rating 4 stars 4- The Original Donut Shop Nutty Caramel - this has a nice smooth flavor that tastes like hazelnut instead of caramel; my rating is 4.5 stars. Note that my boyfriend did not try this one. 5 - The Original Donut Shop Coconut Mocha - I found it strong and bitter but still smooth; my rating 2 stars. My boyfriend felt this was smooth and rated it 4 stars. 6- Cinnabon Classic Cinnamon Roll - to me this brew tasted too washed out. I also found it to be very bitter; my rating 1 star. My boyfriend found this to be sharp, light (washed out), and bold but he gave it 3 stars. 7- Green Mountain Coffee Roasters Caramel Vanilla Cream - both my boyfriend and I found this to be smooth with a nice caramel flavor; rating 4 stars 8- Green Mountain Coffee Roasters French Vanilla - this coffee has a smooth clean French Vanilla flavor; my rating is 4.5 stars. Note that my boyfriend did not try this one. 9 - Khalua Original - this coffee is supposedly flavored with rum, vanilla, and caramel but we could not taste that. However, we both found it excellent and smooth; rating 5 stars. I would definitely purchase this. 10 - Caribou Coffee Caramel Hideaway Hide & Seek - we both found this coffee too strong with a light caramel taste; rating 3 stars. In summary, I think this is an excellent purchase so that one can make up their mind about what coffees they like or to have a variety for company. Now that I tried this, I will cancel my subscription and and order the Khalua Original which was outstanding. I would also order the Green Moutain flavors because they are very good. In fact, I have their Hazelnut and it's excellent although that version was not included in this package. UPDATE July 13, 2020 - I also ordered a box of their coffee lover's variety and that has two K-cups of 20 pod varieties--see photo. In my box, I got the following varieties and still feel the Kahlua is still the best. I would not purchase this variety pack again because I only wanted to find the variety I loved the most. However, for those who entertain, this variety pack is perfect. Note that there are four flavored varieties included in this box. 2 Caribou Blend - - Slightly bitter but still good; gave it 4 stars 2 Caribou Blend Daybreak 2 Classic Cinnamon Roll (this is flavored) 2 Newman's Own Organics Special Blend 2 Newman's Own Organics Newman's French Roast 2 Gloria Jean Butter Toffee (this is flavored) 2 Donut Shop Dark - Too strong and bitter like Starbuck's; gave it 1 star 2 Donut Shop Regular 2 Kahlua Original Light Roast Coffee (this is flavored) 2 Green Mountain Colombia Select Medium Roast 2 Green Mountain Nantucket Blend Medium Roast 2 Green Moutain Dark Magic Dark Roast 2 Laughing Man Dukale's Blend Medium Roast - Very bitter; not a fan; gave it 2 stars 2 Laughing Man Colombia Huila Dark Roast 2 Tully's Italian Roast Dark Roast 2 Tully's Hawaiian Blend Medium Roast - Slightly bitter but still good; gave it 4 stars 2 Green Mountain Breakfast Blend 2 Gloria Jean's Hazelnut (this is flavored) 2 Krispy Creme Classic Medium Roast Classic - Strong coffee; gave it 3 stars 2 REVV No Surrender Dark Roast ... show more
