First of all, can we talk about how vibrant and bright the red is? Which I love. The feel of the cup is cool to the touch no matter how hot the beverage inside, and the non-slip silicone grip on the outside is great. Keeps me from dropping it while trying to juggle all the things I carry to work. It does a good job of keeping hot liquids hot for a few hours, as well as keeping the cold liquids cold. I used the mug three times before throwing it away. The lid appeared to be securely tightened....but leaked. I gave it three chances before I gave up. Obviously, I was at fault, but I've never had a problem with the other five insulated mugs I have. I think I'll stick with my SIMPLE MODERN mugs.
