The product came on time and the package was in good standing. The chair was wrapped properly to prevent from scratches. The overall product looked like on the imageries on Amazon. Perfect size for the Office / Studio room that can be used for a guest to sleep if needed. Unfortunately one little plastic part on one of the cushions was broken in half. I have a picture uploaded. I managed to assemble the chair quickly without a broken piece and called Customer Support. I got excellent response. Amazon agent worked with me and contacted the vendor. I had an e-mail from the vendor confirming that a replacement part will be ordered for me from the manufacturer and will be shipped to me promptly. I really appreciate their quick response and wiliness to help. I would rate the service as 5 stars. The product is a bit firm and cushion may be slightly uneven when converted to a bed. But that is expected from a sleeper chair. One should expect to buy a small roll up mattress for comfort and that I am going to do. Vendor and support are in contact with me about the ordered part. The media could not be loaded. I bought the "Light Brown", and as you can see it's more like a dark gray with a brown hue. But I actually quite like it - if it was more brown I don't think it would look as good. The assembly was pretty easy and I was able to do it by myself even though the instructions recommend two people (it's even easier if you've got a drill to drive the 6 bolts in). The whole thing feels sturdy - the bottom two cushions are actually fastened together by two beefy hinges instead of a cloth connection which is what I thought it would be. The four legs under the last cushion are also easy to pull in and out and they snap in place (both when folded and when deployed). The cushions are stiff, but they also feel like they would cave in with use - the foam inside just feels cheap somehow. But here's the most important thing: it is very uncomfortable to sleep on! The problem is uneven stiffness. Each of the three cushions is basically very stiff around the four edges, but becomes softer as you move toward the center. So what you end up with is basically two stiff "bars" where each pair of cushions meet, one across the chest, and the other at the thighs. I tried to capture that on video, though it might be a little hard to tell. I applied the same pressure and you can see how around the edges of the cushions I get half the depression I get around the middle of each cushion. Anyway. That makes for a very uncomfortable sleep. I even had a 0.5" thick mattress topper on it, but clearly that was nowhere near enough. I considered buying a thicker mattress topper, but figured no amount of memory foam could make up the difference in pressure that you'd feel trying to sleep on this thing. So yep. I decided to return it, as painful as that was. I hope this review saves someone the disappointment and the trouble. ... show more

The design of this is really cool, BUT the quality is horrendous. I don't know how this was allowed to ship out. The selling point for me in the product description was the magnetic flaps on the fabric that are meant to hide the frame so that the piece looks like an ottoman when not used as a chair. As seen in the photos, the entire fabric is misaligned to the frame so the magnetic tabs do no connect the fabric to the frame. There's no hiding it either, the frame is shown in every side so I can't even try to push it against a wall on one side. I had high hopes for this piece as a multi function addition to the room, but it just looks cheap and crappy with the metal sticking out & it's not at all as nice as what was shown in the product photos or description. The material is also much more gray than brown as shown in photos. This was the "brown" color and as you can see, it's not at all brown like the website shows it to be. I am quite disappointed. I went to the sellers website to find out what size of sheets and learned that it was cheaper than thru Amazon! LESSON LEARNED It was a little tough to figure out how to use, instructions could have been better. It was nice that it came fully assembled.
