The product works great, but the gel socks unfortunately were very uncomfortable and I wasn't able to keep them on for more than about 10 minutes ... certainly not while sleeping. They were so tight they would cut off the circulation in my feet had I kept them on. They should have used elastic or some other material that would allow for some give. So I wore normal socks instead. The product was true to its PR in that the cracked soles of my feet were visibly better overnight and after a couple of days they were pretty smooth. I've always had the WORST feet. Always. Terrible cracking. Dry. Painful. I get pedicures and a day or two later they're already drying out again. I've tried so many different moisturizers, foot creams, scrubs, stones..nothing has ever worked. I've used this ONCE so far and nearly two weeks later my heels are still looking good. It works absolute MIRACLES. Only issue you may have is if you have wide feet or ankles..the socks are a little snug. But you could always just buy your own socks and wear the cream under them. I've been using the regular Kerasal for a few years and it seems to work ok. My biggest issue is with the tube and cap combo, the ointment continues to ooze out when you've taken what you need, and then it's a straight up struggle trying to get the cap back on while the ointment continues to leak out at the same time, wasting a lot of the product. Maybe this is by design, but I've gotten to the point where I'm going to start looking for something else to use. ... show more

Style: Nighttime Foot Repair
The media could not be loaded. Kerasal Nightime Intensive treatment is a drugstore hidden gem. I’ve been using it on my hands and nails every night and it’s beautifully effective. The packaging is definitely retro, but surprisingly minimal and sophisticated. I love the way it looks and the aluminum tube is a lot more durable and substantial than a plastic tube and is much better for recycling. The nighttime version has a fairly strong botanical scent, but it smells natural, not artificial, and it fades quickly. I don’t like fragranced products generally, but this one didn’t bother me. The texture is thick as it comes out, but much more spreadable and absorbs much more completely than vaseline, so it thins out really smoothly. The 10% urea both moisturizes and mildly exfoliates, the salicylic acid also exfoliates, and the petroleum seals everything in so it has time to do its job. If you told me this was a Neccessaire, Soft Services, or Paula’s Choice product I’d believe you, this is one of these brilliant formulas that flies under the radar. ... show more
