It’s a fresh and aquatic scent , but not ocean aquatic , more like a Lilly pond aquatic scent , kind of sweet , w a hint of mint and musk . I enjoyed it a lot ! I thought this perfume was discontinued. I ordered in a heart beat when I found out that they only changed the bottle design. I just received the package and tried it on to check if it's the same fragrance and it is the same gorgeous fresh feminine number 1 scent. My coworker also liked it so much that she is ordering for her right now. I was avoiding contact with chemicals like perfumes, nail polish and non organic cosmetics for a while now but it's so good that I am considering in introducing it for everyday use '-' maybe not directly on my skin, maybe one spray on my sweater ;) ... show more

I just received my L'eau Par Kenzo and it is a very nice, light, unobtrusive perfume. So far it is not giving me a headache, which I am very prone to with perfumes, esp those containing musk. The bottle is nice and it sprays great. I just can't get over that it smells like Elizabeth Arden sunflowers, which reminds me too much of junior high in the early 90's. This should be a nice light day fragrance but I'm still searching for my signature scent. I guess it's time to actually go to a store and smell some perfumes, but you just can't beat the convenience and prices on Amazon. ... show more

I've been using this perfume for about 15 years. I love it and get a lot of compliments when I use it. I noticed on my most recent purchase, that the lettering on the bottle had changed from white vertical print to blue horizontal. Additionally, the word "par" was missing. I was convinced it was a fake. Upon further research, I've discovered that Kenzo has changed the bottle. Please see attached photo which I pulled directly from Kenzo's website. The perfume sold here on Amazon is not a fake and the scent is exactly the same lovely scent I've been using for years. ... show more
