Necklace was bought for a gift. Very disappointing that it didn't come in a box. False advertising. We have bought other Kendra Scott necklaces and this one looks like it was fake. Tarnished and ugly after using it for a month. Terrible product, very pricey for the low quality.

The necklace is very pretty but the packaging was extremely different than described. Please stop advertising that a box and pouch come with the necklace. The necklace arrived on a plastic holder in a taped bubble wrap plastic bag. Very disappointed as this is a gift.
