We have had Kenda Bear Claws on the rear of our Carter GTR-250 for about 10 years. The EX tires are a bit different in tread, but match up quite nicely. Tire installation was fine, with the note that a tire pressure of 35 psi was used to get the rear bead to seat...be sure to use sufficient soapy water to help the tire "slide" into the bead. I love these tires. When I buy Atv tire in the future I will look no further than kenda bear claw. First thing that struck me is they look fierce. I own 2 trailboss’. The one with the Kendas installed can mud circles around the other. The bear claws have literally pulled the other Atv out all summer long. This is compared to tires that are 60 percent life at 13/32. Running through the boggy Wisconsin woods over tree roots sand and rocks it’s a tough tire. People say they run stiff but I did not find that. I dont go down the pavement so I cannot speak to that I would think they would be very loud. These kenda tires worked great on my 1986 trx 250. These are one size taller than the honda book says they should be but i find they improve ground clearance and help my machine turn much easier. The tread pattern is very nice and would be great for 4wd machines aswell. You also cant beat thr price. Time will tell if they hold up but at this point anything could beat the old tires that were on it. ... show more
