These fit (so far, for me) in a standard spool of thread but in larger spools the holder isn’t big enough to grip inside of the spool. Could still be handy depending on how your spools are stored, and overall a good purchase.

They are easy to use and I wonder if you’re just gonna put them in and let the spool of thread sit on the table but if you try to put it on a different kind of spool your thread that is, it does not work, so I take it as a loss
