    • Spray nozzle doesn’t work.
I ordered this perfume for my son’s girlfriend for Christmas. The shipping box and the perfume box looked fine. However, when she opened the perfume, the spray nozzle seemed jammed down into the bottle and would not work. It says it is not eligible for a Refund. I totally understand that if I just didn’t want it but for the cost I guess I would expect a replacement bottle. I called Amazon customer service. They were very nice and offered me $32.00 which I didn’t feel was a good option on a $140.00 bottle. They offered to contact the seller by email and they said the seller would contact me by Thursday. This was Monday, Dec 23rd and I have not heard anything from the seller. I would not buy from this company again. I would gladly give them back the nonworking bottle. ... show more
