I am delighted with this purse; it’s well made, classy looking, real leather, and the straps are leather as well which is holding up really well so far. There are great little additional details to this purse; the nicest of which is the metal posts on the bottom that keep the bag from scraping on surfaces. For a genuine leather bag, this is a beautiful product. Hardware is quality, bag feels soft, but sturdy, and the color is perfect. I don't usually splurge on higher-end or expensive bags, so this is a big purchase for me (with a lot of time to consider). I would give this bag five stars if it had an easy access pocket on the outside for phone/keys. My biggest complaint is that the strap to carry crossbody is too long. Sadly, I will have to punch a new hole for a comfortable length. I'm 4'11" and the strap has the bag hanging underneath my hips, I wanted a length higher and overall, it's just too long to hang from the purse even though it is at the last notch. The strap is my least favorite part of the purse. It's like they took the time and care to make the bag, but when it came to the strap, it looks and feels like crap. ... show more

I carry everything in my purse and have survived an unexpected emergency room visit with what was in my purse - snack, meds, water bottle, etc. This purse is perfect for me (purchased the XL) and holds everything I need to go out with the kids. It's like a mini carry on. Lol. It works for me. And it looks stylish too. I added a small scarf to add some color. EDIT-as you can see in the pictures, one of the straps that holds the handle, is hanging on by a thread. This is within less than 3 months into use. I'm sad to see this on a leather purse. I am very pleased with this very roomy purse. I have a walker to bring it with me as I am a senior citizen without as much mobility as I once had. I still need my purse and contents. Pure leather, it should last a very long time.
