As of right now I am working with the company to try and remedy the situation because I bought the set. The purse and wallet. I received the wallet and it’s fine but the purse is scratched and stained. For $155 I wanted it to be perfect and I’m so upset that it wasn’t. This was my first Kate spade. I’ve always been a MK girl but I really liked this piece for compartments and organizing. Hopefully they will take care of me. I may be back to make another review on the service depending on how well they take care of me. Well I returned the item. Hopefully they refund me quick enough so I can order another. I’m very disappointed at how Amazon treated me during this experience. Would not allow me to exchange the product and the manager was very rude. ... show more
