I've had this reel for about a week now and use it about an hour or so a day. It reels fast for sure but after 4 days or so of use, the action feels "sluggish". I like my Spartacus II more lately but hopefully there's nothing majorly wrong with this reel.

After 6 months it's already starting to feel like the bearings are getting bad and starting to make a crunchy sound. They did send a replacement reel. So that was awesome of them.

Don't have too much to say about the real. I just started using it this month so far caught a few fish on it the small fish it seems to be a little too fast of a real sometimes it rips the hook out their mouths but so far it works great with bass.

I have a local pond that I do most of my fishing at, it's in my neighborhood, well stocked, monster largemouth all day. One of my reels I've had for over 10 years finally died beyond economical repair so I bought this reel and was very impressed. The retrieval speed is wickedly fast and the bearings are smoother than I have felt on my higher end reels.
