    • What you would expect for a costume wig
The wig definitely was not as long as it appears in the photo. The package comes with a net to tame your natural hair out of the way before putting the wig on. The wig itself has one of those hooks in the back at the bottom of the cap portion to secure it into place and it really works well. Some costume wuigs you constantly have to adjust but between the wig lining and the provided net and the hook, this wig did not move. The curls are super bouncy and hard to tame- may need to use some clips so they aren't constantly in your face. Looks-wise it is what you expect for a costume wig you will probably only wear for fun. Doesn't look natural at all and gets the point across quick what you are trying to look like haha. The hair is sparse but the curls disguise this. It feels more like an old lady wig than what the images show. We got it to style for an "early Dolly Parton " outfit but it just didn't look enough like the picture to work. There are no bangs section in the front like the image suggests and the curls are VERY tight. If you have the time to really work with it maybe it will be fine, the material is quality and comfortable, just not as pictured. ... show more

It's a costume wig. Nothing more, nothing less. It has a lot of volume but does have some larger spots where you can see the cap of the wig plainly. It's a really snug fit, too. I ordered this fun wig for a Dolly Parton costume that I am assembling myself for Halloween this year. This wig does not disappoint. It will be the perfect enhancement for my costume. While no one would ever mistake this wig for your own hair, it has got a good amount of hair density, and it is distributed well. The inside fitted cap is light, so it is comfortable to wear.
