These clean up well and seem pretty durable. They take a little getting used to wearing. The bottoms are hard plastic so it doesn't give at all and it has a little rubber coating on the bottom. The insert is ok and doesn't seem like it will last very long. They are easy to clean

These are the best shoes I have ever bought. I have fibromyalgia and back issues and after wearing them I don't have the pain I used to have. I actually don't feel like I'm wearing heavy shoes as they feel lightweight. I bought a pair and just bought 4 more. I would highly recommend.

Very solid shoe and sole. The sole's split at the ball of the foot makes a difference in your step as you walk/run. I have limited range of motion in my ankle due to steel hardware. This shoe made walking and balancing during fitness training much easier.
