Despite what I've read mostly on other sites and a few here, I find this device produces one of the best cups of coffee I've ever had. One of the things that many people complain about is that it clogs regularly. I've use this thing daily since I got it, and I've never had a problem with it clogging. Advantages: It's stainless steel not plastic. Bounces if dropped, no damage. It does fit the top of my coffee mug nicely. Disadvantages: Over priced. Smaller than expected. Filters are about 3 times the cost of #4 cone filters for the plastic Kalita dripper. No flavor difference in the coffee I've made with this vs. the plastic Kalita. ... show more

I bought the 2-4 “people” size. Two pour-overs makes almost 12 oz of coffee which is basically a one medium size mug. Even though it’s made in Japan and is of good quality, it’s way overpriced. And the coffee that it produces is not much more delicious that other high quality pour-overs. It should be priced no more than +/- $10. ... show more
