Got for my 6 year old and she loves them. They're soo cute. She says they're comfy. Easy to get on and off. They're her main shoes before winter, so she wears them all day at school and anywhere else. She's had them for about a month and they're still I'm good shape, and seem durable. She hasn't complained about them being slippery. Seem to be worth the price. They're light but not too light. This shoe is SO COMFORTABLE and it's perfect for my picky 8 yr. old daughter with Autism who wears a size 13.5. The back of the shoe (back side as well) has a thick padding which will prevent heel blisters. If your child has an extra wide foot like mine... these are the shoes that you should be getting. My daughter's foot just slipped in easily. Since there is no in-between sizes (13.5), I thought it would be safe to get her a size 1 instead. Her foot measures almost 8 inches and the size 1 has about an inch gap... which is fine since she can wear them when her foot grows bigger. I just reordered for a size 13. They might be either just right or slightly bigger which is good. If your child is in-between sizes like my own kid, I would order a half size down. 8 yrs. old Foot measures slightly under 8" Wears shoe size 13.5 Size 1 shoe from this brand has 1" gap (too big) Size 13 just ordered and will update the fit Very comfortable (perfect for long walks, playing, etc.) Thick padding in back of shoe (prevent heel blisters) Perfect for children with wide to extra wide feet Well made Super cute (ordered the unicorn) *******UPDATE: Size 13 came in and they are PERFECT! Love these colorful slip ons for my granddaughters! Fit perfect true too size the only thing is the glittery part comes off not too happy with glitter flakes here n there I like sparkly but not when it comes off Overall very cute!
