I would love to start out by saying that this was NOT a scam mask. I wish I had waited because I spent $50 before the price dropped. I should have known better but that's besides the point. Anyways, this is a plastic mask, it fits most people's heads, it's a outstanding 30 something dollars now. It's strong(I've dropped it and I think I accidentally kicked it off my bed and there is not a single scratch or crack), the mouth moves great, easy to use and talk, there is no sound which is wonderful, and the paint sticks so well. After several occasions of nearly falling for the scam masks here, I finally came across this one! The price was very reasonable and fit well. The durability was very nice, and it was super fun! After a bit of adjusting the straps, it was nice and comfortable.

I bought this mask for an 8-year old for Halloween. It's made of sturdy, rigid plastic and the jaw opens and closes by way of a chin strap that's adjustable. It fits my 8 year old, it's comfortable enough, and he likes that he can se well out of the eyes, however the chin strap functions better on a larger face. It looks as pictured and is just the right amount of "scary" for a younger child. The media could not be loaded. This mask was AMAZING!!! i would recomend! and yes this is hard plastic!! i added all the stuff and painted the mask but it looks exactly like the picture!!!

The mask is great, but the one thing I hate is the paint. It chips off after a few uses, and it's very frustrating. Overall, the size is adjustable and great, it's not very comfortable but I can deal with it, Worth my money in my opinion.

Hard plastic, not a scam! Easily adjustable, though it was a bit tight when it first arrived (fixed though!). Pretty expensive, though it's worth the money.
