    • Be aware of the water feature!

This is a beautiful combo, the only problem that it has is that the water feature is not so great because most of the water goes inward “inside the bounce house” not to the slide, and thats a problem because for rentals ypu would have to go inside the bouche and vaccinate all the water that gets trap inside otherwise you would have to deal with an extra heavy bounce house. The water feature needs to be made better than this otherwise I don’t recommend using it with water, you will have a flooded bounce house. Dry mode it’s really nice and people love it. With water feature is not so great specially for that price to have a mediocre way to dispense the water. ... show more

    • Need a Stronger Blower
The jump house was great for the first 3 months of usage. After 3 months, the blower wasn't strong enough to blow up the jump house without any help. I have to pull and hold the pillars up so the house can fully inflate. Besides the blower, the house itself is well built and designed.

Love this unit! I’ve had it for about 3 months now and it’s rented almost every weekend. My only complaint is it’s very hard to clean. The corners are sewn so tight on the bottom that the water has a hard time running out. I have to place it a certain way and at a certain angle to get the water to go out of the entryway to the bouncy house otherwise it just sits inside of it. This is the only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of 5. I’ve figured out how to make it work for me so overall it’s definitely been a great purchase! ... show more
