  • Great health alternative
Flavor Name: Vanilla Size: 19.5 Ounce (Pack of 1)
Perfect garnola to meet my macro and fitness goals! It has so much fiber in it. Also adds good flavor and crunch. To those who are wanting this to be traditional garnola, it's not. It's a health alternative. But if you put it in yogurt with some fruit or in overnight oats, it's great!

  • Delicious to me
Flavor Name: Vanilla Size: 19.5 Ounce (Pack of 1)
I love this stuff. A perfect crunch, low in calories, but high in fiber and protein for a granola. I put this on yogurt with fruit. When I first tasted it I thought I didn't like it, but I tried it again I had trouble NOT eating it. It's quite addicting, so I have to be careful not to overdo it. I've tried all their granola flavors except espresso now and I like them all except the vegan granola. ... show more

  • Update from old review "Okay. Does the job"
Flavor Name: Vanilla Size: 19.5 Ounce (Pack of 1)
New review: I'm adding a star because I found a way to really enjoy it. I mixed this with a single serving vanilla yogurt and 40g of keto blueberry jam (Good Good). I got adjusted to the texture along the way. The benefit of a lacking defined flavor is you can add whatever flavor you want so I'm adding a star for its versatility. Old review: I don't care for the texture -- it's like they tried to press protein powder and pass it off as granola. If you want granola texture, this isn't it. It also seriously lacks in flavor (and I've been on keto for a few years, so no, I don't just "want sugar"). I had to mix it with another keto cinnamon cereal to actually taste any cinnamon. It's like they forgot to add the flavor. :/ Maybe this is another case of "I bought it on Amazon, so I got their flavorless batch they can't get away with selling in stores" because THAT seems to be a solid trend on this website. Bought hot salsa on here I couldn't find locally (I used to get when I lived in Texas) and it wasn't hot... at all. The Blue Diamond "Bold" almonds weren't bold like they are from the store. Maybe they're trying to save money by skipping ingredients?? But! With all of the flaws, for whatever reason, this stuff's low in calories and high and protein. Good for cutting if you're trying to maintain muscle mass. Ratio almond cereal does a way better job. It's what I usually eat. But the stores don't have any right now, and I'm too afraid to buy it on Amazon out of fear it'll come from some rejected, flavorless batch. :( ... show more

  • Realistic Expectations lead to Sound Purchasing Decisions - Highly Recommended Product
Flavor Name: Vanilla Cinnamon Size: 19.5 Ounce (Pack of 2)
The reviews on this product are all over the place and I think the bad ones are often due to having unrealistic expectations. There is no replacing the sugary taste of Nature Valley granola bars or the sugar laden cereals you've been eating forever. But, if you are on a Keto, or similar, diet you are likely missing these types of tastes and textures the deeper you get into your diet and your weight loss. Like Almond milk or real butter, your brain is going to have to adapt to the new way these changes in our diets taste. This ProGranola is one of those things. Does it have a different aftertaste? Yes, but after the first time eating it I didn't notice it much again. However, it is never going to be a chocolate chip granola bar no matter how much you want it to be! Reviews say the pieces are either too big and chunky or too crumbly. Guess what? They are both. Like any box/bag of any crunchy product (chips, cereal, nuts, cookies) the further you get into the bag, the smaller the pieces are. This is not ProGranola's fault, it's called gravity. I eat the big crunchy pieces on the go like a traditional bar or snack and use the smaller pieces in the bottom of the bag in a bowl of cereal with Almond Milk (thing unsweetened Grape Nuts). The next biggest complaint seems to be the cost. Yes, it is expensive, but so is everything else associated with eating packaged, low carb foods that are made to help fight cravings and fill the void left by the carbs that we aren't eating anymore. But, you know what else is expensive? Diabetes, blood pressure, thyroid and cholesterol medications...not to mention the cost of open heart surgery and funerals if you don't control your weight! There are a lot worse things you could spend your food budget on... I think this is a great product and highly recommend it. It tastes pretty dang good, fills a void in the Keto lifestyle, and should not be overlooked because of unrealistic expectations and the resulting mixed and bad reviews. ... show more
