Purchased for my sons 4th birthday. He loves it. I originally had issues with the ATV working properly, reached out to Joywhale and they immediately shipped a replacement part to switch out and it works great! I was very satisfied with the customer service and their willingness to quickly act as it was purchased for my sons birthday and we were both irritated it wasn't working as it should.     • Console gets wet and it won't work
If it gets rained on, even a little, it will not longer work. My son was having a great time riding this toy once it was assembled and he figured out the differences from his power wheels. I saw where the charging port and controls were on the top and I was worried about it getting wet so i put it under a plastic sheet and then an umbrella but those blew off. Now it doesn't work. The water on the controls/charging port leaked into the panel because it wasn't sealed and faced up. It just beeped and it won't move at all. If you are sure that it will never get wet, and have a child that will always park it in the garage/shed it was fun. That lasted a week for us. He is very sad and I don't know how to fix it. ... show more

    • Plastic steering handle and metal steering shaft broke and snapped off.
The power and 4wd of the ATV is awesome for rough and hilly terrain. My only gripe is that the steering handle is made with a fragile plastic and the steering shaft is weak and is not able to keep up with how powerful the ATV is. Both the handle and the shaft broke within a couple months of purchase of this unit. If your kid is gonna be a little rough, it wont last long, which is fair enough. I do wish that Joywale had a parts list on there website to directy order necessary replace parts. If there is a redesign of the steering system to make it stronger, I'd would recommend the product to others. ... show more

My son actually love this ! However he’s 6 and a bit on the tall size so doesn’t have that much leg room. But over all he love it’s so I love it too.

    • Control board & padel never work
Bought this for my daughters 3rd birthday worked great for a few weeks and than had to have to control board replaced and the pedal replaced, Hardly got to ride it before winter came since we have had so many problems with it,Worked fine for a day or two getting it out this spring now it wont move at all. Was kind of a waste of 400$ since everythingnis constantly going out. seller is great with communication and replacement parts but i shouldn't have to constantly replace parts for it to run. Highly disappointed ... show more

Love this atv we have bought many ride on vehicles and this is by far the best we have had it hold alot of weight and drives through grass and even up hill our five year old loves it she loves the radio also the assembly was easy also .
