We bought this for my toddler as a gift from our newest little baby when we came home from the hospital. And what a perfect gift for a trash trucking loving 2.5 year old! He’s had it for nearly 3 months now and still LOVES collecting trash and dumping it back and forth between the cans and dumpster and truck. The one thing we noticed is the lid on the dumpster would always pop off really easily with the flimsy hooks it had and has now since broken off. This toy is absolutely amazing!!! It is so well built and throughly designed. Every design feature is so well thought out and modeled by a real sanitation truck. My 2 1/2 yr old hasn’t stopped playing with his since he received it.

    • Entertaining overall but a little messy
My son loved this garbage truck. It is a creative toy that is very similar to a real garbage truck - including a dumpster and multiple garbage trucks. It beeps and makes noises that my son loves. It is well built and sturdy. My only complaint is that it came with little pieces of “trash” that make a huge mess and stick to everything so we find them everywhere. It can also be a little difficult for toddlers (getting the trash cans onto the claw can be tricky) but my son may be on the younger side for this toy. Bought this for my grandson who's loves watching the garbage trucks come by every week. This is almost exactly what he sees, so he loves it. It's durable, makes same noises. Only thing missing is the friendly driver that waves at him.

I got this for my granddaughter's playmates who LOVE trucks, and was happily surprised to see how much she loves playing with it too. She enjoys using the sound features, two lifting arms, and three trash cans that match the color of our own cans. The sound the truck makes when you roll it forward and the feel of the wheels turning is very "authentic." Her playmates (who are both boys) can't keep their hands off of it. If your child likes trash trucks, this is the toy to get. After having it for 4 months, this is still my son’s most played with toy by far. He plays with it everyday and plays independently with it for a long time. The dumpster and trash truck feature makes it more exciting and gives more options for fun.
