    • Much better than expected, even got it on sale
Wonderful item, my boy likes playing with the vehicles as they are finely detailed, and the plastic material is quality. No odors, no odd feels, and my boy has thrown the cars around and have not noticed any chips or cracks. Meaning the plastic is the color, no paint. Well at least some paint and stickers. There are some choking hazards, but you can easily take them off and or just take the one vehicle out of the equation / cut the offending item off. Which is the helicopters crane. My boy rather plays with these cars then watch tv and my phone. Very grateful for these toys. Been playing with them for hours and does not complain when I take them away to feed him. He even shares them with me too. The nice thing about this, is are the wheels. They are the type where you can use momentum and charge them. Meaning you spin the wheels via friction movement, lift, repeat, then drop and watch the vehicle propel itself. They all have the same basic sounds, loud and there is no volume control. The helicopter has machine gun sounds, or at least I think that's what it's supposed to be. My boy doesn't know what the sound is either and doesn't like the helicopter. The cop car has a trunk that opens. The ambulance has a messed-up door that's hard to open. Irritated my boy and confused him, then got really upset at the door not opening for his skill level. It requires you to push one side in, due to not having a door handle. I ripped the door off, and my boy is wondering what happened to the door. This comes with batteries included, and a nice plastic piece so the batteries are nicely charged. I don't know what batteries these use due to myself being too lazy to read the manual but the access to the battery is easy to get to. ... show more

These vehicles are perfect as a gift! The three year old next door loves them! He wanted a fire truck and got an entire emergency team! They a very well made with strong plastic and each one makes a unique sound!

I thought this little set was a little on the high side pricewise... so I waited. Having previously purchased their bubble guns, I already knew to expect a high quality toy set. First off, when my 2 year old was crying because he wanted his nee toy set open...I was able to deploy each vehicle in record time (Thank You!). Every vehicle had batteries already installed and ready to use. These rescue vehicles are quite intricate. They are well-built, all four vehicles have friction drive along with buttons to activate the lights and sounds. Each vehicle features an 'extra' such as the helicopter rescue hook, the police car trunk, or the ambulance doors that open. Speaking of lights and sounds...the lights aren't TOO BRIGHT. The sound effects are not TOO LOUD. The toys are actually quite pleasant on the senses. Not annoying to us as parents....not blasting my child's corneas. It's a win-win! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. These are cute and fun vehicles but very noisy. Definitely keeps my toddler busy and he hasn’t managed to break them so I would say they are definitely durable.

This has been my toddler's favorite toy from 6 mos old to current 22 mos. He's crashed them a thousand times, including down the stairs, and we've only had to glue a light back on twice. He plays with them at least 2-3x per day. Good variety of vehicles, realistic noises, and very durable.

    • Fun sounds and interactive!
These are hit since they have lights and sirens. They are pretty light weight and sirens are not too long and don't last long. They are great for pushing the vehicles down the hall as they are drive themselves.
