    • These are the absolutely most comfortable sandals I've ever worn.

These is nothing about these sandals I didn't like. I know with most shoe/sandal sizes they tell you if you wear a half size to get the next whole size up. I normally wear a 9 1/2, but if I get a 10, I have too much sole sticking out beyond the ends of my toes, which looks odd, at least to my eyes. So, instead of going up that half size to a 10, I usually drop a half size to a 9 and I've found that in a sandal, at least, the 9 fits perfectly. By that I mean the ends of my toes come within about 1/4 inch of the ends of the sandal soles. The three adjustable Velcro straps give me an absolutely perfect fit and I've never worn a sandal that has such a soft, comfortably cushioned sole. And, the double white stitching on each strap really gives them a classy look, at least to my eye. I am 84 and I walk just over a mile at least three times per week and so far they have been very comfortable, with no rubbing or blisters anywhere. I also like their reasonable price. I can not give these a 5-star rate for these reasons: The comments state to go up a size one-half size - that's one knock. The second - there are NO half sizes. So - if you are a 9, you can't go up to a 91/2. That is another knock. It seems the company is trying to cut expenses at the buyer's problem. I was lucky in that I wear 81/2 so I could go up to a 9. The final point, the sandals seem to flop a bit. Not dramatic, but just different than my other sandals. I would give them 31/2 stars, but that is too large a cut, so they get a 4 ... show more

I couldn't find the exact sandals I was looking for, so I settled on these as they were the closest to what I wanted. Comfortable and easily adjustable with the velcro straps. As for durability, I've had them less than a week, so I can't speak to that yet.

Read the reviews for US 1/2 sizes, as I'm a 10 1/2 US. I ordered the size 10, and am very happy with the size. They fit perfectly snug, not tight, and I think the 11 would have been too large. Very cushy and comfortable soft leather and padding. Good arch support. Exceeded my expectations.
