I love this skirt. It is super comfortable. I was a little worried about high high the slit went up the leg when I ordered it but it is perfect. I ordered the Large and I am 5'6" and it comes just above my knee. It's really only noticeable when I walk so it's still appropriate for work. The length comes to about mid calf but you can adjust it up or down because of the elastic waist band. I wore it to work all day and I love that it didn't get stretched out or lose its shape. I do think it runs just a little bit big. I'm between a large and and extra large and this fit fine with plenty of room to move around. This skirt is lovely and the fabric is soft enough. The elastic waistband is thin but it doesn't cut into me. The only thing that drives me nuts about this skirt is how thin it is. It's very nice for summer but it's ever so slightly see through and I hate that! The fabric should be slightly thicker since this skirt is unlined. So I wish I could give this skirt a 4.5 instead of 5. But I do like this skirt and other than the thin factor, I like this piece and I'll be able to wear it with many things. I'm just so sick of clothing being see-through when it's not supposed to be! But if you're looking for a nice, simple skirt that doesn't fit tight and thus, doesn't show every roll of flab, but still has some flow to it, then this might be a good one for you. First, the print of the skirt is just as shown online. The colors and flowers are pretty and vibrant. One of the main reasons I ordered this skirt is because I’ll really liked the slit. It appears that the slit goes up to mid thigh level. In actuality, it does not. The slit is lower. About the level of the knee. I don’t care for that look. Also, and it may be that sizes have changed, but I ordered small and it’s pretty large. I like for my skirts to stay above my belly button so I can wear a crop top. This hardly stays up. First off, the pictures made it look like satin, it's not. It does not have the sheen or shine of satin material, it's made of rayon and spandex so it has matte finish. The material is very stretchy and the band is elastic. I got a small and I'm usually a 25" waist and 35" hip and it fits perfectly. The material is thin, flowy, and flattering. It's perfect for warm weather as it's very breathable. I got the black and it is not see through, but I'd be more cautious of the lighter colored options since it is quite thin. ... show more

The skirt feels like stretchy t-shirt material and does show bulges, and it may be slightly see-through. It will be a lovely summer skirt since the material is light and thin. I'm 5'4", and it comes to just above my ankles. The slit is modest, although I was expecting it to be a little higher. It's a good buy for the price point ($19.99 at the time of this review). I'm personally not crazy about this skirt, but I think it is fair to give it 5 stars for reasons other than my personal preference. First, the fabric is soft (and not primarily polyester). You may need to iron/steam on low and/or store so it doesn't wrinkle. Runs true to size (if not large so I don't recommend ordering up). Excellent price ($20 or less) for a skirt which fits true to size and is made of a quality blend. It just isn't for me! I think it may be a little too long for me (I'm 5'1") and is just too plain for my taste. It could be a good staple piece for someone else, though! ... show more
