Description

The TwinRoo+ (TwinRoo Plus) mounts the infant car seats sideways and in the same or opposite directions giving you easy access to your children without the stroller handle or second car seat getting in your way. Its unique design provides a smaller wheelbase for super maneuverability and easy handling. The frame is wider by design to provide maximum stability for your babies. It uses a simple click-in design and releases with the manufacturer car seat's release lever. The TwinRoo+ is compatible with Britax B-Safe, Britax B-Safe 35, BOB B-Safe, Chicco KeyFit 30, Graco SnugRide Click Connect 35, Graco SnugRide Click Connect 40, Maxi-Cosi/CYBEX, Peg Perego Primo Viaggio 4-35 and UPPAbaby MESA (car seat adapters are sold separately). It includes a large parent tray with 4 cup holders for bottles and beverages. The tray sits below with your child to avoid the risk of spills. The tray is still in reach while walking and even easier to use when sitting with your children. The oversized basket is great for diaper bags and other necessities. The TwinRoo+ is full of innovation and designed to make your life with twins easier! It features a lightweight frame, front swivel wheel locks, rear wheel brakes, front wheel suspension and a 1-hand fold. Since the car seats face sideways and not tandem, this is slightly wider than the 26 inches quoted in the specs. Also, be prepared for EVERY SINGLE STRANGER TO TOUCH YOUR BABIES!!! The sideways seats puts your twins on display and easy to reach. So if you are not ok wth this, look for a tandem option which makes strangers touching a little less accessible. Apparently it's impossible to make a decent double stroller. I have two Chicco Fit2 car seats (11lbs! What was I thinking?!?!) and it is quite wide and heavy to push. When my daughter told me she was having another set of twins I thought, do I get another double stroller or go for a quad? I had already purchased the Joovy Scooter X2 Orangie for the older set, and decided that new and trendy moms have carseat strollers these days. So I checked the Joovy site as well as mommy blogs and decided the Twin Roo+ was the way to go. I did call Joovy prior to ordering because I was confused on the adapters (SOLD SEPARATELY) and even more so what I was seeing on Amazon. Seems some sellers think its funny to sell a pack of adapters for $99 when they normally cost $25. The Joovy person told me that they were out of stock on Amazon and nooo, the $99 was crazy! I ended up getting the adapters directly from Joovy. I also wanted to make sure before hitting PURCHASE because of the car seats. He said I was one step ahead, most people buy car seats, then go stroller shopping only to realize the two aren't compatible. I reviewed our X2 and it handles completely different than the Twin Roo+. Apples and Orangies, but being that you can easily switch the adapters to change the direction of the seats is a big big bonus! Under carriage storage is amazing which is one of the things Jovvy is known for besides the huge canopies (Other Models). We also had the Joovy Boob bottles and they fit perfectly in the cup holders. Thank you Joovy! It takes a little getting used to in the steering dept because it is so long. It has a great turn radius just our X2 though, so no complaints there. I have seen where people have said that it wouldn't fit in their trunk. It took me a couple of tries and I had to remove the belly bar off the X2, but I was able to fit both the Joovy scooter X2 and the Twin Roo+ in the trunk of my 2000 Acura TL. This stroller is stable, I mean solid as a rock! It would take a lot, a big forceful push or the like by an adult to knock this stroller over. Still, I'm thinking the stroller would stay put and the person would end up on the ground beside it. Very happy with this purchase and definitely recommend! ... show more

I purchased this to use with 2 uppababy mesa car seats. They snap in well and its great. However the Joovy+ does not fit in my Audi Q5 or my wife’s Mercedes E350. I read some reviews saying it fit it a prius or toyota rav 4 but I believe that is for the older model which folds and retracts smaller. The new + model will likely only fit in a minivan or station wagon. It is too big to bring back to the ups store and I threw out the box so will be donating to goodwill. ... show more

    • REALLY BIG! Ok if you drive your twins around in a bus.
It's hard to find a lightweight stroller like this for twin infants, so I was really excited when I came across it. Unfortunately, I should have done a better job of reading the dimensions. You would almost literally need a bus to carry this thing around. Wouldn't fit in the back of our new Toyota Highlander without putting down second and third row seats. ... show more

I got my sister this stroller along with two Graco click connect car seats (and the adapters) as a gift for her twins shower. I did a lot of research and was super nervous about picking a twin stroller, but I have to say this was an excellent choice. It is SO MUCH EASIER to fold and unfold when you have two newborns to worry about than any of the other strollers we tested out. It folds quickly and unfolds quickly. Being able to face the girls in the same direction in their stroller is more convenient than we even expected it to be. This works really well at restaurants or other places because they are at table height and we can slide the stroller alongside the table and even feed them right there if we need to. I will likely buy her a jogger stroller when the girls are able to sit in a stroller without carseats, but for now this is such a great purchase. I wish i listened to all of the Twin websites and got this in the first place. I ended up getting the Graco Ready2grow Click Connect LX Stroller and hated every minute of it. This stroller is light weight, easy to maneuver and you both babies are easily accessible. With the Graco i always felt bad for the baby that had to sit in the back but with this stoller both babies get the same view. Do not hesitate and buy this stroller!! ... show more

    • BIG but will be functional
I’m having twins soon and needed something that my Britax car seats could click into. This was one of the only ones I found. It is reasonably priced and it was easy to find the attachment for britax car seats. The only thing, like some others have said, is that it is BIG. But, I’m not really sure it could be any smaller and I anticipate that it is going to be worth it for the length of time I will be using it. 5 stars just because it’s description is spot on. I just wish it had a smaller footprint. Oh well. Make sure you check dimensions before you buy it so you know it will fit where you want it to. ... show more

    • Great value as long as you know what you are getting!
We have been using this stroller for a few months now and love it! We had a hard time deciding on a double stroller when we found this one. We like that our babies face the side, it keeps them entertained, and makes it easier to help them both in a crunch. While you can face the car seats left or right it isn't as easy/convenient as I had hoped, you have to move the adapter pieces (sold separately) around. The basket underneath is also hard to use once both seats are attached, if the seats say even a couple inches higher it would help tremendously! Over all I love this stroller and would buy it again, we get lotsnof complements on it, but would like to see some improvements. ... show more
