  • Truly Amazing!
Flavor Name: Banana Size: 31 Servings (Pack of 1)
So I did a looot of research and reading reviews to settle on this protein powder. It took multiple days. So once I settled on this brand, I had a hard time choosing a flavor because I know each can have their icks basically. I’ve had only bad experiences with protein powder in general, so I thought that banana would be a safe bet, and it was! I love banana but prefer a more candy like taste if something is flavored with it and this banana flavor is just great. It tastes more natural and fresh with the perfect amount of candy brightness. I opened the bag right away (smoothly) and it also closed smoothly btw. People would probably have an easier time with the seal if the bag was slightly thicker I think. And I’m just saying that because some reviewers had a hard time. Looking into the bag, it had a pleasant appearance in color and texture; so fluffy and uniform. I moved it around holding the bag and it was just beautiful lol and then I took a big whiff and ohhhhh my gosh did somebody say banana pudding? It was amazing. Literally made me smile and say oh my gosh in the best way. I made my almost 3 year old a little protein shake first with maybe 6-7oz of milk and a scoop half full and I shook it up well, didn’t see any clumps and gave it to him. He said it tasted so so good. So I made him breakfast and then prepared my own. I poured 13 oz (that’s just how much I happened to pour) in a wide mouth mason jar and added one scoop. I wanted to see how that would taste first just to see what’s up and it was actually very mellow and sweet. But I thought I would like it with another scoop so I did that and then added less than a tsp of ceylon cinnamon. There were no clumps after shaking it vigorously with the lid on. The basic recipe is 1 scoop is 6-8oz of water. It was so delicious. Not overly sweet but it’s pretty sweet, so I would suggest adjusting your milk or water accordingly. I also recommend adding ice cubes but it would work out best with a shaker bottle. And why I say this protein powder is truly amazing is not only because it’s the best I’ve ever had, but I’m lactose intolerant and this did not cause any upset at all. I had like 2 mini burps later in the day but I had also eaten other things but they tasted like banana.. which is not the worst thing ever haha so the fact that it has digestive enzymes is perfect. I’ve only bought plant based protein powders because I couldn’t do whey, but with this brand, it’s possible. And it’s also not grainy at all. Their formula is genius. I really hope the brand expands on flavors like fruity cereal, cookies and cream, caramel macchiato, or maybe a rich double chocolate cookie flavor. I will 100% be repurchasing. Another update: just a thought... But if they added a bit of tutty fruity or maybe a hint strawberry and orange flavors, they could have a really good fruity cereal flavor using the banana flavor as a base. ... show more

  • Fantastic taste, easy to mix
Flavor Name: Banana Size: 31 Servings (Pack of 1)
Banana flavor and vanilla milkshake flavor: PROS: - EXCELLENT taste - Super easy to mix without clumping or sticking to the bottom of the glass - Mix of whey protein isolate, whey concentrate, micellar casein protein, and egg white protein - Contains acidophilus - Uses natural monk fruit to sweeten, so there is no nasty aftertaste like you get with stevia. Also, there are no artificial sweeteners like sucralose, potassium acesulfame, aspartame, or saccharine. - No soy or gluten. - Nice blend of amino acids, including BCAAs CONS: - Price is high - I wish it came in a bigger size bag, like a 5.5 lb bag (but this will give me a chance to try different flavors) OTHER FLAVORS: - Strawberry milkshake flavor is not bad, but not as good as banana or vanilla. - Chocolate flavor is not so great. - Chocolate peanut butter just sounds gross, as does pumpkin spice for a protein shake. With regard to the banana and vanilla milkshake, this is arguably the best protein powder I have had. ... show more

  • Clean, monk fruit sweetened protein + Flavor reviews
Flavor Name: Vanilla Milkshake Size: 31 Servings (Pack of 1)
Stevia doesn't agree with me. Eating too much of it makes my insides feel like they're turning inside out and makes things volcanic in the bathroom. Monk fruit is starting to catch on now but when I first started looking for alternatives my options for protein powders were very limited. I was looking for something whey based, not full of chemical stabilizers, and of course, sweetened with something other than stevia. I'm glad I found this brand, and I've tried just about every flavor now, some are better than others. Vanilla- 4/5 Flavor is okay but not quite strong enough to cover the protein aftertaste. Biggest problem with it though is that it seems to clump easier than the others. Nothing's worse than trying to sip your protein after a good workout only to have a lumpy, slimy shake that didn't mix up too well. Chocolate - I haven't actually tried this one, I've only tried the other chocolate mixes but the other ones are good so it's probably good too. Chocolate peanut butter - 5/5 This one is my favorite. A lot of people here are complaining it's a bit grainy, which is reasonable, but I don't mind that and I find it helps the powder mix better. It's not unlike adding peanut powder to a chocolate mix so I expect some graininess but the flavors are so well balanced that it makes up for it easily. Chocolate Mint - 5/5 Another really excellent one. The chocolate seems darker than the chocolate peanut butter and the mint is subtle. I like to mix it with a bit of espresso powder for a protein mint mocha shake. Highly recommend trying it. Banana Cream - 5/5 Personally I'm not a huge banana fan but this one gets special consideration because it really tastes like bananas. A lot of banana flavorings out there taste artificial or too subtle, but this tastes clean, like a banana cream pie. I was impressed. Strawberry - 2/5 Unfortunately, this one is not good. I got it to mix with banana cream for some strawberry banana protein shakes but this one falls short. It doesn't taste much like strawberry and definitely has an artificial taste to it. I suggest skipping this one unless they change it later. Instead, I'd just mix some keto strawberry yogurt with the vanilla if you want a strawberry shake, the yogurt seems to help the vanilla mix better and you get a better strawberry flavor out of it. ... show more

  • High Quality, Easy to Use
Flavor Name: Vanilla Milkshake Size: 31 Servings (Pack of 1)
For this class of product, a relatively simple, straightforward list of ingredients. Has added sugar but it's far down the list of ingredients and prefer it to an artificial sweetener. Easily dissolves in a drink and most important - tastes great.
