I ordered this for my husband so he would have something for Fall that wasn't part of his work wardrobe, and he loves it. It is a pretty shade of brown, closer to a rust color, and is quite soft both inside and out (the inside being super soft). It has two pockets on the front, a zipper closure, and a hood with a drawstring. It is true to size and fits him perfectly. It is on the thinner side, but not so thin as to be ineffective. The hoodie arrives shrunk wrap so it is very wrinkled (see photos) and it will need to be washed before use. The stitching appears to be well done with no loose threads and the zipper works fine. It is lightweight and on the thinner side, but not so thin as to be ineffective. It is the perfect weight and thickness for the cooler days and nights of fall. I did wash it and so far the color has not faded and it is still nice and soft on the inside. As a tip, in my experience, if you follow the instructions regarding washing and let these types of hoodies air dry (or tumble dry on low heat), the inside tends to stay softer longer. My only concern is that the ends of the hood's drawstrings are wrapped in metal. While it is much more secure than tying a simple knot, and prevents fraying, I'm hoping it's stainless steel and will not fall off or get rusty (I have had this happen before). If it does, I will provide an update. However, based on the quality, I don't think it will be an issue. The Jmierr men’s hooded sweatshirt is a warm and comfortable zippered sweatshirt that feels and looks great. I ordered a size larger than I usually take and am very glad I did as it fits me perfectly. The elastic in the cuffs and waist help keep the sweatshirt snuggly in place but isn’t overly tight or binding when I’m moving or reaching up over my head. The material is a soft, cotton blend that feels like sweatshirts back in the day rather than the slick, polyester blends of some active wear today. The hood is plenty big and offers protection from wind and precipitation for my whole head rather than some other hoodies that skimp on the hood’s size so that it only covers the back of your head. The seams are strong and straight with no loose threads or bunching. The zipper is good but not great and is my only concern with this shirt, though arguably minor. It feels a bit lightweight to me for a jacket and leaves me concerned how it will hold up with use over the long haul. I’ve had similar zippered garments in the past that I end up tossing out when the zipper fails. Further, the zipper doesn’t always zip up or down really smoothly. It's kind of intermittently "catchy" when I zip it up or down at my normal speed. It does however work just fine when I slow it down some and take my time. Overall, I really like this hooded sweatshirt’s fit, comfort, look, and warmth. This 'JMIERR' zip-up hoodie is nice for any gender, and is super comfortable and cozy. I like having zip-up hoodies, as sometimes I'm cold and want an extra layer; but then as the day goes on and it gets warmer, I can easily take this off. The hoodie is made very nicely, with the materials and stitching being done very well. The size I ordered fits well, and what I expected it to be like. The cuffs around the wrists feel okay, and not too tight, and the band around the waist fits okay too. This looks very nice and flattering, and I love the neutral color options. I'm very happy with this hoodie, and glad that it has pockets that are deep enough to hold phone, keys, and other things. Also, the hood is functional, and comes up over my head to keep me extra warm. This is a nice option if you're looking for a high quality zip-up hoodie; and I believe it'll last a long time due to its nice materials. Man! This material feels different. Not like no regular sweatshirt. It feels so soft. Amazing quality. Comfortable. The inside of the fleece feels different too. Definitely creates good warmth. Looks exactly like the picture. And good color. We got a size larger but I would say it fits true to the size. This hoodie exceeded the expectations. Worth every penny! ... show more

This is a nice loose fitting full zip hoody. it can be warn along as a warm and attractive jacket, or as a warm layer under a shell jacket. The jacket has nice deep hand warmer pockets that are deep enough to store a cell phone in without it easily falling out, a big plus for me. This is, with one exception a simple, go to daily jacket in cool weather. My only caveat is the zipper. This jacket has an old style shiny metal zipper that is likely a fashion statement. However, it is very difficult to get started, and is not smooth in operation. Also, I do not really find a bright shiny zipper in an otherwise understated garment to be all that attractive. But because it is an otherwise nice, comfortable and useful garment, the zip is not a deal breaker. ... show more
