I've seen a couple of negative reviews on these. I don't see the problem. I've dropped a pair several times. No scratches, no issues. Light and comfortable. Springs grip my head well. Gave a pair away to someone, and they love them also. No more eye fatigue...

Original review: The quality of these glasses was immediately apparent. With wide bands of metal and spring hinges that appear to be pinned in, not just glued, they seem like they will last a long time (though I am writing this on the day I received them). The clarity was (pun intended) eye opening. I didn't even know my other readers lenses were a bit fuzzy (from the material, not scratches or Diopter value) until I tried these on. They came packaged in a cardboard box with each frame individually wrapped in plastic to protect against scratching. Soft cases and cleaning cloths were included. I am using these for computer reading glasses, and while I don't actually want the blue-blocking, the colors still appear true. If the coating doesn't come off easily then I guess it isn't a con. Note to manufacturer: You really need to make nice sturdy glasses like these with real glass lenses. I would pay three times as much for those! Update: The glasses have some sharp edges sticking out below the pads. One edge is from the metal frame, another from a tab on the lenses themselves that sticks through the frame. Once the pads are adjusted to where I need them, they become too uncomfortable to wear for long. ... show more
