We bought this as a gift for our granddaughter who is obsessed with baby dolls. I must say this is absolutely adorable! My hubby said it is so life-like, it is creepy. LOL. To say her skin feels real is a bit of a stretch. But, it is soft. Her midsection is fiber-filled. So, it is soft and huggable. It comes with a birth certificate, a hospital wrist band, a diaper, 2 rattles, a bottle, a hair brush and a binky (pacifier). The price is very reasonable for as beautiful of this doll is. I’m not surprised this doll is originally 80 dollars; she’s very high quality. That being said, I don’t believe she’d hold up well to a young child’s rough play. Her arms and legs are not super flexible and I would worry about them coming detached from the body as other reviewers have mentioned. The doll is also not super washable as she has a cloth body, so I wouldn’t advise buying this doll for a very young child. I was expecting her to be weighted, but she isn’t. She’s very well stuffed and it’s actually better that she’s not weighted so she’s easier to carry around. She comes with a diaper that fits perfectly. I brushed her hair with the provided brush and it was pulling all the curls loose, so I wouldn’t advise using that brush. I actually thought I would hate her hair, but it’s lovely. Simply scrunching it with your fingers restores her curls. And you can kind of give her a combover to make it look more natural. Her eyes are soulful and she almost seems like a real baby. Best of all, she truly can wear most newborn sized clothes. I bought her some tiny outfits, socks, hats, mittens, and hair bows. She is so adorable! I love her. This adorable reborn baby doll was the perfect gift for my 6 year old granddaughter. I’m so impressed with the quality of this doll. Her hair is so cute, curly and real looking. Her eyes look so real. She has the cutest smile. She arrived in a nice box with several accessories. My granddaughter loves her. When she opened the box she asked if it was a real baby. She takes care of her as if she is a real baby. We were in a store and I was holding the doll for my granddaughter when the salesperson came up to me to see the baby. She thought I was carrying a real baby. Newborn clothes 0-3 months fit this doll perfectly. She’s a perfect size for my granddaughter. The company which sells the dolls emailed me to see if I received the doll and if everything was ok. They also said if there are any problems with the doll to let them know and they will take care of it. The email was unexpected and made me feel really good about my purchase from them. I was hesitant to purchase my first reborn baby doll. I’ve only purchased all silicone baby dolls. So I happened to stumble upon this beautiful reborn baby doll. I got her from Amazon because so far everything I’ve purchased through Amazon has been very good. Well needless to say when I opened the box I was nothing but pleased and happy. I love dolls. I collect them. I started collecting them for 2 years now and since I’m disabled this hobby helps keep me sane and relieves my stress, pain, and anxiety. Well I’ve braided her hair, put some socks on her, and placed her next to my nightstand. I love the beautiful baby blue dress she arrived in and her adorable blue eyes and her smile just makes my heart melt. Holding her feels so comforting and warm. I probably will eventually get other outfits for her but for now I’m keeping her just as she arrived. She’s even more beautiful than in the pics. She has the most adorable smile and gorgeous blue eyes. I just adore her. I was never able to have children. Perhaps in another life I will. The elastic band is tooshort for any one who is just slightly over weight. There is no reference to size. Should have sm, med,ect. The band work very well if you fit into it.
