I would have liked the size 2X to be a little bit larger. It should have been sized as a 1X. After all it is suppose to go over your winter clothes, not fit snuggly in summer clothes. I was so excited to get this and was so very sad to find everything wrong. The very first thing that hit me was how it was vacuum packed so small I wondered if it was the correct item. Then I opened it and the very strong chemical smell hit me super hard. I took it out and the outer fabric was a weird, shiny, thin fabric. The main inner-body is a scratchy fleece type fabric, and inside the arms is a softer kind of fabric. I ordered a 2X (erring on the side of caution) and it was still too small. It barely covered my torso. I was able to zip it, but it was really tight. It fit my body very odd. The toggles were pretty, but cheaply attached with some kind of plastic-type fabric. In Mid-Florida, we don't really get freezing weather, so the usual winter coat is just too heavy and hot. This is a coat, but not the type you would want for extremely cold temperatures.
