The headset is very comfortable and I wear it eight hours a day. The sound is clear. It is nice to plug directly into my computer so that I do not have to be concerned about it dying during a call. Thank you!

Decent affordable headset for working from home. Works fine with Zoom most of the time, but if left plugged into rhe laptop while idle for more than a couple hours, Windows Audio Services freaks and shuts off-- can be avoided by unplugging headset from computer while idle.

I knew going in that these were not going to be on the same level as my Plantronics but even compared to a set of $20 earbuds, these just don't deliver sound quality or noise cancellation you'd expect at this price point. The ear pieces are on the small side, which combined with the narrow headband makes it difficult or impossible to get a good fit - at least on my XXL-sized head. Zero active noise cancellation means you hear all the typical office background noise while listening to music or conversations. I gave this three stars because it actually works, but unless you get it at a screaming price, I'd keep looking. ... show more
