Purchased this fence to keep two rambunctious medium size (~50 pound) dogs away from the neighbors dogs in order to reduce barking. The fencing arrived in multiple packages with a minimal damage to the boxes. But, upon inspection, several fence panels were damaged. The papers that come with the fence actually admit that the packaging needs to be improved (there is basically no padding or protection) and if damaged panels are received to contact support via email. I did that and quickly got a response. The support team asked for pictures and then quickly sent new panels. I am very happy with the support but agree that the packaging is marginal. Installing the fence is simple and I had no issues on uneven dirt. The poles that come with the fence are on the short side (I think they only go in the ground about 3 inches) so the fence is not super sturdy. I was able to use a rubber mallet to pound the poles in the ground. For my application I went to a home improvement store and bought some short T-Posts. I put a T-Post at every other fence connection and used tie wraps to hold the fence to the T-Post. The fence is much more sturdy now. If you have a smaller pet I don't think the T-Posts are necessary. The gate latches are a bit flimsy too so we mounted the gates so the latch was on the side away from the dogs just in case they were able to use their paw or nose to open the gate. Also the gate openings are on the small side. Overall the fence has been working great for a couple of weeks now and I think overall it was a good value given the overall length and ease of assembly. The company took time to confirm my shipping address and provided tracking numbers for all of the boxes - very pleasant and prompt. Installed the fencing myself 144' with no problems and very pleased with the enclosed space for the yard. Definitely recommend this particular company and fence style.

This fence was very easy to put up and is good even when the ground is uneven. It looks nice and should help to keep the larger animals out of my garden. It will be easy to take down if we want to move it or no longer need it. It's not made to lean on, but is otherwise pretty sturdy.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased 2 different brands of dog fence for my backyard, not realizing there was a HUGE difference in quality and stability. 1. BestPet Dog Playpen, 40” 2. Jhsomdr Decorative Garden Fence, 40” - [ ] BestPet stakes were very thin and weak, I had to purchase additional stakes to reinforce it. - [ ] Jhsomdr stakes were much nicer, better quality, and sturdier. I did still use additional stakes since I already had them, and to keep it extra stable for my German Shepard. I would’ve returned BestPet brand if it weren’t so inconvenient. Unfortunately, I didn’t immediately know the difference in quality because I purchased & installed BestPet about a week before Jhsomdr brand. ... show more

It was very easy to put up and although I intend to secure it with additional ground stakes, I think it is fairly stable as is. It looks great, which is also nice.
