The material is thinner than average peel and sticks I’ve tried. Both the contact paper and it’s protective backing, so when being pulled, make sure to do it evenly from the base of the roll and follow along with the smoothing tool. Otherwise overall look of the wall covering makes for a beautiful graphic wall. Just know the quality makes it a little more difficult to install. These wallpapers are thin. However, because they are thin, they are more pliable over walls that are bumpy and slightly curved. With respect to adhesion, it felt weak on the first application, but it is holding up well so far- even in bumpy areas. We used a damp towel to softly push out large air bubbles instead of using the hard flat scraper to avoid ripping the wallpaper in areas that had pointy bumps. For extremely bumpy areas, we have used masking tape to hold the wallpaper down for a few days to make sure there was a good bond and contact. When using multiple rolls, you need to make sure that the pattern alignment is correct. On one roll, the “blank” larger borders were on the left. However, the second wallpaper was rolled with the larger borders on the right side. You just need to unroll the length you need and flip it. We liked the outcome so much; we purchased extra rolls to complete our kitchen. ... show more
