I bought the chain on July 2023. It was beautiful gold, now is dark brown! All the gold came off! Contacted Amazon and said they cannot do anything because returns have a 30 day window. I asked for a warranty replacement not for a return. Amazon cannot do warranties so I needed to contact the seller. But there is no information about the SELLER. Amazon gave me their phone number because they do not have an email from the seller. THE PHONE NUMBER IS DISCONNECTED!! Unfortunately I’m outside the return/exchange window. If I could I would exchange it. I love the design of this chain. It was shiny, just gorgeous, upon receiving. I received lots of compliments and questions as to where I purchased it. Sadly, I wasn’t able to wear it often over the summer, due to hospital stays/imaging. I began wearing it regularly around mid September. It now has very little shine and when seen at an angle it appears tarnished. I’m giving 3 stars due to quick discoloration. ... show more
