I’ve skated Jessup not exclusively but quite a bit over the past 10-12 years and it just tends to work. Quality’s been pretty consistent over the years so it makes it an easy go-to grip. I wouldn’t really call it the best but it’s never fallen off or done any of the other weird stuff I’ve had other brands do. The one thing I will add is that this is my first time buying parts off amazon and the sheet I ordered came wrinkled fairly bad. It was too tightly rolled and bunched up and stuck together in shipping. I had to pull the wrinkles out and work with it a bit to get it on. More than I would have liked and it was bad enough it would have probably made a new skater freak out trying to put it on. Mine was purchased from TGM ... show more

The grip tape is rolled too tightly and has been sitting too long or something, because it's full of creases and cracks all throughout just as all the latest reviews show. Seller keeps on selling anyway despite the consistent quality issue. Mine wasn't as bad as the others so at least it was still usable. ... show more

Not what i expected but still a good deal. I've used Mob grip and Black Widow grip tape before and they very course. This grip tape was not as sharp as Mob or Black Widow but it sure is better than those Target or Walmart grips. One thing is for sure, these won't kill your shoes as fast if you do tricks. If you're just cruising then this would be fine too. *Update, the griptape isn't bad. *About two months of use now, feels dull but still has more grip than those Kryptonics at the big box stores. Need to replace my grip soon. *Skated this grip for over 4 months of street...still works but now I REALLY NEED a new sheet haha. I am surprised it lasted that long. ... show more

Aight lemme get started here. I suck completely on a skateboard, but lemme tell you sunthin. jessup is where it's at. MOB is trash, jessup aint too sticky and wont destroy your shoes within 5 minutes, but it's the perfect amount of grip and it lasts for a long time. Over all jessup is the cure for ebola, aids and cancer and I'd definitely recommend it to any small child trying to be like the cool guys at the skate park (not like myself) ... show more

Used this for a gas pedal for my old MG Midget. Stuck to the metal real good. Easy enough to trim the edges with a razor blade. Holding up just fine after a few weeks. I have actual rubber pads for the clutch and brake, but if they peel off I’ll put this griptape on them too. I highly recommend this stuff for car pedals. ... show more

it good you slide and kick on it well butild recommend mob grip better for same price Jessup is for you if you have really epensive skate shoes that you don't want to mess up mob reases your soes \
