I just received the slippers today and have been wearing them in the house. I am normally a size 8 - 81/2, so I ordered a large. At first, the toe box was a little tight, but after wearing them for only a few minutes, the slippers fit just right, they're warm and they're nice looking. I'm glad I didn't read the individual reviews; I probably wouldn't have ordered them. One reviewer complained that they lasted only a few years. That's how long I would hope to wear them. Size: Small Color: Sand
Small is size 6-7 and Medium is size 7-8. Now they can’t BOTH be size 7! And I am a true size 7. Assuming the small was mis-marked, I ordered medium. It was at least a 7-1/2. On the first step I walked right out of it! I returned them and ordered the small. It’s a snug fit but okay just barely. Also the heel is a bit wide but I’m not walking out of them. I actually ordered both the “sand” color which is a creamy white and also the gray. They appear to be nicely- and well-made as well as reasonably priced…plus they come in white which I was having trouble finding. The insole felt a little wonky and uneven but not so much I would return them. And I figure that because it’s memory foam, they should reshape some to my own feet. It’s a shame they don’t come at least in whole sizes for better fit and not having to guess which to order. ... show more

I bought the pink pair and liked them so much I bought a second pair! Nothing lasts forever, but I am still enjoying my first pair after about a year of virtually everyday wear. They are very comfortable, and are really quite feminine and flattering on - much more so than the much more expensive Ugg suede and sheepskin slippers I ended up returning prior to trying these (talk about Flintstone feet!). I almost always wear a size 8 (occasionally 7.5) and the Large fits well - it’s a little roomy, but comfortably so. The soles are sturdy with enough traction to provide secure footing when going up and down stairs. I run outside all the time while wearing these to the mailbox, etc., and they have performed like champs. They have machine washed perfectly. I really have not had any issues at all with their performance, and am genuinely surprised to read that others have had any complaints. As far as I am concerned these are wonderful slippers, warm and cozy and attractive. I like them so much I will probably pick up a third pair, as nothing lasts forever. The slippers were fine for about the first four months. Then I noticed they were stretching out on the sides so the support was gone. Wanted a more shoe style slipper. I am a size 7, I bought the 6-7 size. They are a bit loose, but they are warm and cozy. Memory foam bottom may not hold up long though as it doesn't seem to be bouncing back after a few days of wearing them.

Bought these slippers as a gift for my MIL. They lasted 1 month and right when the return window expired, the front part of the shoe unraveled and fell apart. We called Amazon Customer Service, which is usually great, but this time I was told they would charge a restocking fee (I told them they don’t want to restock this because it’s defective/broken, but was informed I’d be charged to return it). I asked for an even exchange/replacement shoe (we wanted to give the shoe and brand another chance since my MIL liked the style so much), no luck, I can only return it and get charged a restocking fee. Then I asked to speak to a manager, and the agent said the manager does not allow any calls to come through/does not talk to customers. This was a call center in the Philippines. I have never encountered a company that does not allow a customer to speak with a manager when they request it. I think that it’s wrong for a company to not address something like this when an item is made to last until just after the return window expires. ... show more
