Unboxing was a breeze. For the price point of this headset, I have to say I am plesantly surprised by the sound quality this headset delivers! This headset works with basically any device that has a 3.5mm port. I am using this primarily on windows pc for gaming and other regular applications. *This gaming headset is fully wired, no wireless. I've been using this for my usual gaming sessions and movies and heres what i have to say! === = BUILD QUALITY: Headset style is over ear. | One of the nicest things to have is a lightweight headset, this headset definitely surely keeps its weight light., hence i am able to go for long gaming hours without ever having the feeling that i am actually wearing a headset much less feel uncomfortable to want to take it off. Having a lightweight headphone to wear for long hours on end is very important for overall comfort. I can tell you this headset checks that box on my list. | Inner Headband frame is plastic, feels good quality & quite sturdy, nicely wrapped and padded with soft breathable material as are the ear cups. Ear-cups material is skin friendly, soft leather. Speakers are nicely covered with a mesh fabric. An extra pair of soft fabric for the ear cups is provided in the package as well, this can be swapped out with the soft leather cushion that came shipped with the headset if you so desire. | Headset cord is very long, nylon braided just like I always want all my cords to come. Thumbs up Jeecoo! | 3.5mm input splitter provided in this package as well, this comes very useful especially if you have two seperate input ports for mic & headphone on your device. = DESIGN & BUTTONS: This headset is wired but i am going to have to say where this really is a win for me is the provision of in-line controls on the headset cord! The position of the controls are easily within reach. The buttons available are: Volume control, headset audio mute button and the mic mute button. All easily accessible, bold & tactile to use. Headset audio can be seperately muted, mic can also be seperately muted, I just have to this is my most favorite feature on this headset!!! Another major plus for this headset is the fact that the mic is completely retractable with a very flexible boom that can be moved to any direction i want when in use and it stays in place and whenever i do not really need to use the mic and want just the basic headset appearance only? The mic is neatly tucked away! = PERFORMANCE/SOUND/NOISE CANCELLING: This headset has Frequency range of 20 - 20khz providing a very decent threshold for bass & a great balance of quality treble at the same time. I tested this headset with the same Neutral EQ settings & music that I use on the other high-end headsets that I own and this headset drivers indeed held out well on their own, i am quite impressed. I never experienced any major, noticeable sound distortion at high volumes as I experience on some of the other budget headsets that i own. The Mic noise cancelling is not that great out of the box and on its own during my test with the basic windows voice recorder, however it does incredibly and impressively well when combined with a gaming application or just team comms like discord, zoom et al as these applications easily already have their own mic & audio enhancement features, so its a win for me here either ways. =AREAS THAT COULD USE SOME IMPROVEMENT (Note that this is entirely subjective as these highlights are based entirely on my own presonal preference relative to features i love to have on any of my headset): (1) 3.5mm cord is not detachable from the headset - cords can break at any given point in time either by accident or just normal wear due to usage over time, and when this happens, this would basically mean the end of this headset as i will not be able to swap the cord out since its permanently wired to the headset. (2) The headphones cannot be swivelled to lay flat when not in use. I love to often have this feature on a headset as this allows me to also collapse them and put them in a pouch for ease of packing and this makes them really portable to carry especially when i am travelling. However as for how the headphones can sit and fit around the ears for better listening angles? the headphones can be tilted which is great. (3) Headset audio mute and mic mute buttons could be a little more spaced apart. For the budget range however, i'd reckon these may not have been easily accomodated. How well this headset will stand the test of time in terms of durability and wear...shall be determined with time but for now everything has been great so far. CLOSING REMARKS: Overall I am going to just say that i am very much impressed at how well this headset delivers incredible sound for the price point. This headset works straight out of the box without any hassle. JUST UNBOX, PLUG & PLAY. If you're looking to get a wired gaming headset that delivers high quality sound, very nicely retractable mic & everything that will give you an all in one experience without breaking the bank? i HIGHLY recommend this. No smart features, you get what you pay for but... Great value for the money! This gets my 5-stars despite the highlights on the areas of improvement, because this headset Within the confines of its own price point, offers only what it can for its price.. & does so well at it! I've bought $350 high end headsets which I expect should be PEREFCT all round at this level & price, but even actually weren't. ... show more

This headset is so comfortable. That’s the first thing I noticed. I used them for a super long gaming session and I honestly forgot they were even on, they were that comfortable. They’re super soft where it counts but sturdy where they need to be. I love the retractable mic. That’s such a nice feature for storage. It has a great sound, both the in-game audio and the I’ve been told the mic sounds great too. I would definitely recommend this headset. And for the price, it’s a steal. Get it. These headphones have a 50 mm speaker unit, it’s lightweight, the microphone is retractable, the mic is noise cancelling, the earmuffs are breathable, perfect for editing and listening to music! They came with extra fabric earmuffs too. These headphones can be adjusted really well to fit nicely. The 3.5mm connector wire is very long and these headphones come with a multi-functional control box switch, so you can turn the mic on and off and the headphones itself too! The headphones also have a turning sound switch on the control box so you can turn the volume up and lower. The sound quality is great!! The mic works amazing in apps like iMovie! It won’t show as a mic, but the mic works perfectly! When a bit far away from my MacBook Air, the voiceover will be heard well after recording. Very great gaming headphones! I highly recommend this product, there is buttons to turn volume up and down and turn mic on and off, very comfortable padding on ears for long gaming sessions! I have many other experiences where everyone online was complaining about me having an echo but that problem is now gone!! ... show more

These headphones are so incredibly comfortable! I’ve tried others that felt heavy & would slide off my ears (small head), yet these stay where I need them to, without squeezing my head. The sound has great depth, and I can hear all tones and levels of gaming sounds equally. The easy access volume control is a feature I didn’t know I needed until it was there.
