This item is very cheaply made and did not work at all. The rubber, drain plug does not stay in place, so the water drains all at once after the first button push. Do not recommend.

It works kind of, the water drains from the dish slowly but you can still get a good use out of it. Leave a towel underneath for spilling. There weren’t any instructions with mine, but it’s easy to put together.

The media could not be loaded. It comes completely disassembled and the instructions aren’t super clear as to how the pieces go together for the drain part into the lower basin. The upper reservoir is okay, leaked a little first try but was able to remove and reseat the lid and stopped it. Fun to use as you drain away the waste water from brush cleaning into the lower basin. The upper reservoir has threads lid it would accept a jar lid, but the lid provided doesn’t have threads, so it’s just a push on to fit and seal. This is great! I use it mostly for water color. Make sure it’s on an even surface so it drains well.

I could have missed a step but the instructions were pretty straightforward, as I was putting it together I noticed the top part (to hold water) was very unstable, it wasn’t able to attach to anything it just sits there, and so I ended up accidentally spilling water everywhere like three times, if this were to happen while I was trying to paint something it might get ruined with the smallest nudge ... show more
