    • Makes very pretty paper roses

I wish I'd taken a picture, but I used this paper with my crafting students to create paper roses. I cut out the pattern on my Silhouette, shaped the petals with a blunt object and rolled the pattern on a spindle or quill. They're very pretty. I'm not sure what it was about this particular card stock, because I used a lot of different brands, but the way it shaped petals made for a more realistic effect. I think I would say that it softened up. Anyway, this is a quality cardstock. It cut well in my cutting machine. The shades of pink will get you through any Valentine's Day, etc. ... show more

This is a nice set of pink colors. They do have a white core although I would prefer the paper to be colored all the way through. I had gotten some pink cardstock a couple of weeks ago and was hoping that these would be different colors and they were. I love the color pink and so I am happy to have a lot of different shades of pink cardstock. As a quilter I am always using pink fabric in the quilting projects that I do and when it comes to cardmaking, I always seem to be sticking at least one pink flower or element into the card. This is nice cardstock and if needed, I will cover up the white edge with a colored marker which I have plenty of them. I appreciate the opportunity to try this cardstock out.
