I asked on Amazon whether the 18" x 13" long mailers would fit an 18" x 12" print, and was told by Jam (the seller) that they would fit. So I ordered the six pack of them, and it turns out, no, they do not fit. The first two photos show the print is exactly 18" long, right on the mark. This does not even fit on the OUTSIDE of the envelope; when inserted it sticks out 1/4 of an inch from the top. That lines up with the string to peel the the mailer open, so it cannot be folded there - it simply does not fit. Last three photos show the overhang. The manufacturer should know the measurements of their product before replying to a customer; I now have six mailers I cannot use and the same number of prints I still cannot ship. ... show more

Purchased to mail my photography prints to customers. There were some discolorations on the outside but other than aesthetics, the mailers feel sturdy and good quality. Used mainly to ship 10x13 photographs to customers. These were a great alternative to buying a whole case of Uline’s 11x13.5 (qty 100) when only a few are needed. Excellent quality and versatile enough to fit quite a few other items to go along with it.
