Went with cheap one at first, but had to return them as did not fit and obviously were not going to work despite seller stated it was designed for. So I went with these instead. They are exactly the same as original. No difference. Very easy to swap as it has the exact same attach system and perform the same with the right tiny holes. I will admit I kvetched initially over the price of this 3 pair for 50 bucks versus the lower price for the similar set of 6 pair of Jabra 65s for much less. Finding out the the replacements have the plastic ring built in for each changed my mind. Excellent product and well worth the price paid!     • Restore your ears to the comfort they deserve!
Fellow call center drones, you've never known the superior comfort of the headset before the Jabra Evolve 75. Going from 6-8 hours a day wearing this headset to 8-14 hours wearing it started to reduce the comfort - somehow, the headset was resting on my head in such a way that a little raw spot on the top of my head and on my ears was forming. As it turns out, the culprit was worn-out earpads. I'd left it too long - apparently, the proper way to care for your ear pads is to treat them like toothbrushes - clean them gently after using, and replace every four months. I'd been using the same set for a year and a half. Well, that's gotta change. Quick to take off, just twist them out. Bit fiddly to put them back in but they'll get there in the end. The difference between the fresh, pleathery-smelling, plushness of the new ones and the worn-in old ones was *stark* when I put them side by side! If you get a happy tech support technician after calling me, it's because of these guys. ... show more

    • Perfect Replacement
It took a few minutes to get these on the headset but I was so glad they include a mounting bracket so replacing is really just twist off and twist on. I was afraid I be trying to stretch the covers to fit. I've never had real good luck with that type of replacement. These were perfect.

    • Too Expensive and Difficult to Install
This is the direct replacement for the Jabra Evolve 75 ear cushions. I love my Jabra Evolves but it was time to replace the original cushions. To my disappointment, you can only purchase 6 cushions and no less. I only needed one set so the cost of buying three sets makes it too expensive per cushion. This is artificially making the cost high while at the same time it is an environmental waste. Installing was far more difficult than I thought it should have been. One cushion came off easily enough, but took 15 minutes to get the new one to hook and turn just right. It was the reverse for the other cushion. It took too long to remove but the new cushion easily went on. It has the same feel as the original cushions. Overall, rating can be higher because the cost and waste. ... show more

The ear foam replacements are exact and perfect. They were installed seamlessly without any issues whatsoever. Definite recommendation if you have the Jabra Evolve 75's
