The advertising was not wrong. I got the modified shape in medium and they fit perfect for a slightly larger than average head. They are very light weight. I have a couple pairs of Maui Jim’s to compare these with. I have both a pair with the black and a pair with the gray lenses. To me, the black lenses are just too dark. The gray, on the other hand, are perfect. Optics are better on the gray lenses, not quite to MJ level, but honestly not all that far off. Construction seems solid, but I don’t know what they would put up with a ton of abuse. Love that they offer a medium size. Aviators generally look comically large on my face, but the medium size looks great, although coverage is not full around the sides. ... show more

I usually buy sunglasses that cost $325 to $400 but after three pairs getting damaged from typical use over the years I decided to go less expensive. These glasses look amazing and the quality of the lens and material are amazing for the price. The lens are not Maui Jim, those are my favorite glasses, but for the price difference it’s hard to justify at the moment. After the first pair came in I got two more so I always have one where I need them or if I want to wear a different color. I hope they hold up for a while, we will have to see but they don’t feel that much different than glasses that cost 10 to 20 times more. And they come with a case and cleaning cloth! They are okay, probably worth 10 bucks. Polarizing feature is non existent by my testing. You should be able to perceive a difference in reflected light transmission thru the lenses when you turn the glasses 90°. These do nothing.
