It is very sparkly, which honestly I love, but with most sparkly garments the material that sits against the skin is kind of itchy. This was not a problem with this dress, the liner is soft and very comfortable. I also liked the sleeves on this dress, the actual dress is a sleeveless dress with an overlay, which I liked because I don't like my arms in sleeveless dresses. The dress hit about mid thigh for me, and I'm about 5'5, so if you are on the taller side this might be a shorter dress. It also worked great for people with a larger chest. Classy, fun & comfortable! Perfect for me to wear to my step-daughter’s wedding. I have fibromyalgia and can’t wear tight clothes but I found some shiny low heels to go with it! I carry my excess weight in my bust and belly, and it's hard to find clothes, especially formal wear, that fits well and is flattering.
