Bought this dress for my son’s wedding. It is perfect. I am about 5’2.5” and the dress falls just to the top of my feet. I’ll be able to wear a heeled dressy sandal for the ceremony but then slip on a comfy flat ballet type slipper for the dancing and fun!! Dress is flattering to my body type. I bought this dress - and about a zillion others - for a last minute invite to a fundraising gala. One of the best things about this dress is that it has a slip with a full opaque bodice built into the dress, and the sequins lay on a different layer of fabric above. I was able to wear my best bra, and not get a special strapless or low-cut number. I like the way this dress looks on me and am planning to wear it to my son's wedding in September. Unfortunately, it is missing sequins in two places as per the attached pictures. It is currently unavailable to reorder in my size as well as the next size down, so I am unable to return it for a replacement and may just have to go ahead with it and hope that I can get the sequins fixed by a seamstress, but I feel like, considering the price, the quality of this dress should be better. ... show more

I purchased this dress in a different color from a local department store, but couldn't find the color I really wanted. Found the exact dress here and decided to take a chance. So glad I did! It came folded up in the package, which was a little disconcerting, but it was still beautiful! Fits exactly the same (it's the same designer and style as my other, just in the color I wanted that I couldn't find in a store near me). Price was decent, too. I was given a mission to find a long dress in a Spring color for my daughter's wedding. I wanted something with sleeves that wasn't too form-fitting or low and was a true size 8 (I am 125 lbs and 5' 2"). This dress looks really nice on and with silver jewelry is more elegant than it appears in the photo -- though it is shipped in a small plastic bag. My only complaint is that the green is more of an Autumn green -- like a pea soup green rather than a celery green. So I sent it back. But it is so far the nicest and best fitting dress of the 17 dresses I have tried on. It is a true size 8 for the petite height lady. This dress is gorgeous. This is the one I'm wearing as mother of the bride. It must be made for a 7 foot women though. It went all the way to the floor on me and I still had to hem it 3 inches. I wanted a long dress but if you're looking for a tea length, this is really long. I'm 5 ft 2 in.
