After a few weeks of looking for a twin bed mattress I found this one -honestly 6 inches doesn’t sound comfortable, and the old toddler mattress cost more than the 116 i paid for it (amazon coupon) —- Got it. Opened it…… my impression so far is it’s very nice for the price point. DO not open with a box cutter. the instructions warn against it. —- First impressions …it Looks and feels well made. It inflated to a true 6 inches no fumes that i can smell. Feels supportive enough for an adult if i have to cuddle a bit during bedtime …. It gets Bonus Points for ….the bottom side has textured grippy things that help it stay in place on the frame. the cover comes off for the inevitable kiddo carnage. Downside …i’m nervous 6inches will sit too low in the bed frame. …or won’t fit the standard twin sheets we bought. ...i’ll update with pics after the bed arrives ..but so far no regrets. ... show more

I don't know what others have received but mine is NOT made in USA. I was not happy about that but i will say that it did expand to 6" and it seems ok so far. No funny odors. I am still angry that it was falsely advertised but Amazon has great customer service and i don't have any complaints now. But for anyone looking to find a mattress made in USA you might want to look elsewhere. ... show more

It’s a good quality memory foam for the price. There are better ones, but they cost a lot more. For an or dorm room, very acceptable. Also, the outer cover zips off for washing. It’s kinda heavy.
