Lovely purse for those who like soft, unstructured purses. The thing is that I thought it had structure to it based on the product picture. See the photo I attached (top pic is the product picture, bottom pic is how it arrives). Nothing is wrong with it, just a good reminder for others to know what they're getting. I generally liked this purse but ultimately returned it because I could not wear over the shoulder. It's good as a clutch or cross body. I tried as a cross body but it would slide to the front when I walked, maybe that's just a cross body thing in general, I don't know.

This is a very nice bag; however, it’s just too small. The bottom part of the bag is mirror adequate size but as it moves up to the top, it tapers to a smaller opening. Once the bag is full, and you’re looking in the bag for things it’s extremely difficult to find them, literally when I was looking, I had to empty everything out of the bag to find what I needed. The dimensions are a little off: if a bag is going to be this tall, it should not be like a tube; there should be enough proportion to height to be able to comfortably look inside of the bag, move things around and find what you’re looking for .
