Yes, this is advertised as chocolate peanut butter but the taste is not exactly peanut buttery. Oh no. The reality is so much more. I expected something that taste in the vicinity of a peanut butter cup. What I got was a blast of Nutella. I don't know why but to me this tastes like liquid Nutella. There's the obvious dominant flavor of chocolate but there is a definite streak of hazelnut flavor in here. The combination, as I said, creates the overall impression of sucking down Nutella. All I can say is: It. Is. Glorious. Nothing this healthy should taste this good. I'm serious. I look forward to this shake every day. As an RN, I'm on my feet and lifting or turning patients all day. This constant activity places a heavy strain on the body. This shake packs a protein punch to keep my muscles fueled and delivers a jolt of flavor that gets me through the day. Plus it's incredibly convenient. There are times when your lunch break gets cut short but with this shake I know I can get everything down quickly and feel satiated throughout the rest of the day. This isn't just a good meal replacement/supplement for when you have to get nutrients down in a hurry, it really has helped with my training and I've noticed tangible gains since using this product. Right now I'm programming with the Strong 5x5 routine. At first I was just using basic whole foods to meet protein needs however as I progressed I found myself taking longer and longer to recover fully. That's when I decided to try a protein supplement. I had tried others in the past. They were usually gritty and would mess with my stomach. So I did a lot of research on the best protein powders out there and this product came up. I can tell you that not only is my strength increasing at a steady rate but my muscles are growing in size as well. The extra boost of protein this shake provides has definitely been helpful in making and maintaining gains and we all know that it's all about the gainz! The texture isn't too bad either. There's a bit of grittiness and aftertaste but no more so than if you actually ate a spoonful of Nutella. The grittiness is certainly better than other powders I've tried. I don't think you'll ever find a perfectly smooth protein powder but this is very easy to take. Plus, the resulting shake is thick and gives you the feeling that you're actually eating something. Overall, I absolutely recommend this shake. There are no real drawbacks to using this as a supplement. The taste, while not exactly as advertised, is serenipitously delicious in its own way and their failure to perfectly capture the flavor of peanut butter has resulted in something even more amazing. I love this stuff, mixes well, Taste good, great quality protein, I will always continue to try different protein powders but Isopure Protein Powder, Whey Isolate is my go to every time. its protein that you can feel your body just pulling in and using. Doesnt make me to bloted even when drinking 100 Grams at one time. Taste great in water but Milk really sets it off flavor wise. I stick to water though, of all the proteins that I have ever tried this one mixes the best. Always put a little water in your container first before adding the powder though. Once I put it in first and some did stick to the bottom of my shaker. I fill it up half way with water add the protein shake then finish filling. Even does decent in cold water, not many do... ... show more

I recently tried sopure Protein Powder, Whey Isolate with Vitamin C & Zinc for Immune Support, 25g Protein and I’m impressed with the results. The fact that I get 25 grams of protein in a single scoop is really impressive and has helped me achieve my fitness goals. Most of the shakes that I make are under 200 calories, so it helps a lot with my diet goals. Pros: The fact that I get 25 grams of protein in a single scoop is really impressive. I have been able to lose well over 15 pounds since I’ve had it. Cons: I like the way it’s mildly sweet, but sometimes it doesn’t quite mix well in the blender. However, that’s definitely not a deal breaker for me. It’s definitely on the expensive side, but if you can get this on a good deal, you can never go wrong with it. This is my go-to protein powder. No protein powder tastes good, including this one, but this one tastes better than all other protein powders. I would almost willingly drink this if I weren't using it for protein. Warning: do not mix with collagen, it tastes terrible mixed with collagen.

When I look for protein powder I look for lower sodium, low calories and most of all lower cholesterol. Flavor is rich and creamy. Depends on how much liquid you use. Tastes fantastic with unsweetened almond milk. I use a shaker bottle and as it would seem , all of the powder is dissolved. Not bad on the stomach either. Unlike some protein powders. I feel better after drinking it and it seems to cut down on recovery time. Definitely buy again. Good price for 3 pounds ... show more
