Flavor gets a 10! I tried mixing with a fork and it just clumped up. So I mixed it in my blinded bottle (with that ball thing in it) that worked! But it did foam up. So you definitely need a bottle binder cup! Regulars the taste is really good and WAY better than the chalky kinds. Doesn’t have that protein powder flavor (that I personally hate and can’t stand) So that’s awesome and a WIN for me! I’ve been drinking more protein shakes, the traditional milky/creamy ones. & it started to give me the ick, it just felt too heavy for me. I was really nervous for this one because I’m sensitive to sweet drinks & any artificial sweeteners. I followed the directions, the powder dissolved quickly, there was foam but after letting it sit for 3 minutes the drink settled, it still had foam on top but as soon as i started taking sips the foam went away. So my order of the tropical punch just arrived. I had read the reviews that it would form up when shaking and it does. I’ve actually started using a milk frother to get more consistent shakes and less clumps. The taste is….meh. It’s not overpowering and it’s not too weak but it just doesn’t hit right. I was looking for a protein that wasn’t creamy and tasted like cinnamon rolls or vanilla. I am so happy that I found this one because the taste is perfect and it goes down really easy for everyone complaining about mixing it. I wake up in the morning and I make 2 in blender cup with a ball one for me one for him and then I put it in my bag and take it to work by the time I get to work it’s completely settled (he drinks his when he wakes up). All this takes is a couple minutes of planning ahead and not needing to drink your protein the very moment you’re done shaking it. I like this protein powder because of the taste. This is one of the best tasting protein shakes I have found. I got a sample pack in the Rock and Roll Marathon and haven't looked back. I have only tried the tropical punch flavor. It goes well with powdered magnesium and collagen that I add into it. The only thing I don't like about it is how much it foams up when you shake it to blend it. The foam does eventually settle after a little while though so I can look past that.
