I have used this basically every day since I got it in the mail and I’m obsessed. I really wanted a 20 oz cup with a top for both hot and cold drinks that would keep my iced coffee cold and my hot coffee hot. I managed to get all of that in a cup that fits my personal aesthetic exactly! I make my coffee fresh and hot every morning then pour it over ice and this mug helps it get super cold super fast. Ice will stay in the cup for hours unless I leave it in my hot car, which is more that great for my needs. I have dropped it a couple times. The worst was dropping it on a rug while half full with the straw lid on. A few large drops hit the rug and that was all. No dents on the cup but I haven’t dropped it on a super hard surface yet like a sidewalk or road. My only complaint is that the lids and straws easily got scratched by my kitchen sponge. I doubt anyone else has noticed the scratches but I do and that’s what matters. ... show more

I use my Iron Flask everyday. I wake up and put my drink for the morning if it's coffee I use the coffee lid. If it's a cold drink I use the straw lid. I've never invested in a cup before but I'm glad I did invest in this one. Their customer service was very kind. The cup comes with a warranty which is great. I highly recommend this cup. The only negatives I have to say after having the cup for 3 months is once when it was filled to the top my cat knocked it over and I didn't realize it and it leak a small amount onto my floor (Lid with the straw). I also dropped it and my lid scratched in a small area but the company help me with that situation. ... show more

I wanted a larger oz vacuum tumbler but easy to hold since I have a smaller grip. My first try was smaller circumference and taller by Simple Modern brand. Loved the look but it was a very slick surface and it slipped through my hand within 2 weeks. The bottom dented horribly so it was wobbly & fell over again in a few days & dented the side towards the top so the lid became difficult. THIS TUMBLER is so much nicer!! It has a rough matte surface AND it has rubber on the bottom. Slippage is not an issue even though the circumference is a bit larger. I highly recommend this tumbler!!! Just FYI, since it’s using a straw the top can leak a bit if knocked over. ... show more

I love these Iron Flask cups so much that I have 5 of them! They are so great that I had to dress them up with decals and boots so my husband wont use them LOL. The size is awesome for iced or hot drinks. I used them for iced coffee before lunch and iced water after lunch. The ice lasts my entire work day and then some. The Iron Flask boots for 14-22 oz fit on these great and will protect the bottoms from chips or dings well. I love my cup! I am seriously blown away by how long it truly keeps my beverage ice cold! It is also So easy to clean! I’m not one for testing for spills!! But, it stays closed when I’ve accidentally knocked it over. A small but if liquid came out of the open end of my straw, but nowhere else. I was able to grab it before more than a drop came out!
