I bought these boxes to help with classroom organization, specifically to hold spare sets of clothing for my preschoolers in their individual cubbies. The storage boxes arrived undamaged as some reviewers have noted is a problem. The 5 qt. size is about the size of an average shoebox. They would work okay for very lightweight storage, but I would not plan on stacking these boxes. They are very flimsy and not study at all. You will not want to store any heavy items in these boxes. The lids do not fit well or stay snapped on. I am rather disappointed in the quality of these boxes. I doubt that they will last through an entire school year without becoming broken. The plastic is very thin and will not be durable in a classroom. I will not purchase these again in the future. For the price I paid, I could have gotten a better quality at the local dollar store and it would have cost less. ... show more

Works for slim-profile shoes, toiletries, general organizing. They stack well. Unfortunately, they don’t seem very durable. The lids also don’t snap on securely so you definitely have to be careful handling these depending on what you’re using them for. Overall I’m content with the purchase. I will say the 5 quart is a little snug for certain shoes like bulkier sneakers or if your heel is high with a sturdy ankle strap/support it can be tricky, the lid might not close perfectly. Most of my shoes did fit, but I definitely need something larger for booties which was a bit of a bummer. For reference I am a women’s size 7. They do look great and despite the fact that they aren’t crazy durable I think it’s actually more beneficial that they’re light weight (not as much of a hassle to move through when trying to find a particular pair). For the price I would purchase again if necessary, but definitely order a bigger size if you want something for boots/booties/thick sneakers. ... show more

I came across these when I was searching for a single clear storage box to help me with our Jenja game. The box to the game had worn down and the pieces kept falling out all over the place. So I knew I wanted a small clear storage box to help me see what they are while also being able to store with other bored game boxes. I am so glad I happened to find these! I may have only been looking for one, but when I saw this bundle I knew I would find extra things to organize around the house! And I did! From our Jenga game to the cabinets under the sink in the bathrooms, to small kitchen food packages to office supplies, I have found the perfect storage container for our organizational needs! Clear is definitely the way to go! You can see what is in each box without having to open each individual one. So that is one main plus to these boxes. I have no problems with how they are made, but I will add that when moving the boxes if you carry them at the edges (where the lid snaps onto the box) you might deal with the top unsnaping due to the weight of the items inside. So the lid doesn't snap on as tightly as you might like. It really wasn't a big deal for me, since I can either carry them another way or just snap it back on when I set it down. It doesn't pop off or anything, you can just hear and feel it unsnap. So not a major problem or deal breaker, but worth noting. Otherwise these get a 10 star rating from me! I still have a few left over to find a use for, but I would definitely buy more if needed in the future. ... show more

I thought it would be nice to have storage that looks good (nice and clear) but these are so flimsy that they are not even keeping shape when full. I would not recommend these. I have other IRIS containers and they are better. I cannot see any pair of shoes fitting in these well. If the sides bulge (even slightly), the lid will not be able to stay on. Previous reviews for these clear storage boxes were mixed, so I was a bit hesitant to buy them. But they looked to be the closest to what I wanted, so I took a chance. They arrived in a sturdy cardboard shipping carton with no additional padding or packing material inside, but were all in perfect condition with NO BREAKAGE! Happy with that. The clarity of the plastic is good - you can easily see what's stored inside. But please note, these are not heavy-duty boxes. They have the feeling of those GladWare food storage boxes, with a little flexibility to them. However, they are perfectly adequate for storage of craft supplies, things that aren't too heavy. I have 3 boxes stacked and they seem sturdy enough. Overall, I'm pleased with them for my intended purpose. ... show more
